When you use a VA you will only be charged for the hours agreed. If there are any incidental expenses agreed as part of the contract these will also be invoiced but there won't be any unexpected costs. You do not to have to worry about employment costs and fees are currently not subject to VAT.
The minimum commitment that you can make is 2 hours a week. The more time you book the more economical it becomes. Please see the Packages page for more detail.
Yes! The Virtual PA carries professional indemnity insurance, public liability insurance and cyber insurance just in case anything goes wrong!
Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or via SumUp. You will be invoiced monthly (in advance) with payment details and links as specified in our contract.
I am registered with the ICO and comply to all data protection requirements. All data is backed up for added security.
